WE ARE PROCESSING ALL PICK UPS AND DELIVERIES IN THE ORDER RECEIVED.

DUE TO EXTREMELY HIGH DEMAND, YOUR ORDER MAY BE DELAYED. WE ARE PROCESSING ORDERS AS FAST AS WE ARE ABLE.

Pickup, Curbside Pick Up, and Delivery Policies

You must be at least 21 years of age to make any purchase from us. By placing your order, you represent and warrant to us that you are at least 21.  Acceptable photo identification will be required for all orders at the time of pickup or delivery as well as a signature.  All deliveries must be received by an adult of legal age. 

We offer 3 options to receive your online order:

1) In Store Pick Up.

2) Curbside Pick Up. Currently we offer Curbside Pick Up in the South parking lot by the Warehouse docks, follow the signs that say CURBSIDE SERVICE ONLY 10 MIN Parking.  Call the number provided and an employee will come to you for details on your order, retrieve it and bring it back to your vehicle with minimal contact. We will still need to ID the purchaser but will maintain social distance to the extent reasonably possible.  A signature is also required to complete the transaction and age verification. 

3) Delivery. For local delivery, we offer delivery for a fee and minimum that vary by location. Currently deliveries for same day are limited, we will contact you with the first available delivery time. Hours for delivery are 10am – 6pm. Please note due to extremely high volume of orders, your order may be delayed.

For both Curbside Pick Up and Delivery, if an item is out of stock we may omit the item and you will be automatically notified when the order has been adjusted. 

Please note we are unable to deliver to any location with a liquor license (restaurants, hotels, etc.).

Hours for Curbside Pick Up are 11am-8pm. Hours for delivery are 10am-6pm.

We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if there is any problem with your order.  While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our web site, Byron’s Liquor Warehouse is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors, omissions, out-of-stock or discontinued items or computer problems. Thank you for your understanding.
