Johndrow Vineyards Clarity 2007 (JULY 2009)

This great white blend comes from Oklahoma native David Johndrow.  This wine is a blend of Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Biognier.  Clarity is intensely fruity with flavors of pineapple, apricot, pear honeysuckle and citrus that gives way to a lingering creamy finish.  This wine is a great way to beat the summer heat and would pair nicely with any spicy dish.
